Chevre

Our classic and most popular goat cheese, chevre is smooth, creamy and full of flavor but absent the pungency associated with some goat cheeses. It's the perfect accompaniment for bread or crackers, or just for eating as is. We offer chevre in either molded rounds or cubes bathed in olive oil, each fortified with a variety of natural flavors.
