Kennebec Cheesery Cheesecake

8oz ricotta
8oz plain chevre (~2 chevre rounds)
8oz yoghurt
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
3 eggs
1 tsp (or more) lemon juice

Grease sides and paper line base of 8" springform pan.
Place all ingredients in food processor and run until smooth.
Bake 325°F for about 60 minutes
Cool in the pan on a wire rack. Remove when cool and serve with fruit and whipped cream.
